​This restaurant is located in the "Room Mate Valeria" hotel at the Plaza de la Marina. The menu is said to include Japanese "fusion" dishes.
As a connoisseur of Japanese cuisine (I speak fluent Japanese myself and lived in Japan for many years), I couldn't recognise any
Japanese dishes. Nevertheless, the dishes are delicious and I would describe them as modern Mediterranean. However, I was offered a Japanese gin....
