​The harbour of Malaga is a lively place that includes Muelle 1 and Muelle 2. There you will find a variety of restaurants and a market.


​After more than 7 years of construction, the new nightlife district in the harbour of Malaga - Muelle Uno and Muelle Dos - was opened in spring 2012.  Numerous shops (open from 11:00-23:00) and restaurants
restaurants (open until at least 24:00) invite you to linger. The 30 restaurants offer all kinds of different flavours (Indian, Mexican, tapas, fish, Italian, Japanese, etc.). You can sit outside here
and have a view of the harbour and the "local mountain" of Malaga, the Gibralfaro. It is only about 10 minutes away from the main shopping street "Calle Larios". From an underground car park you have direct access to the promenade.

Muelle 1 (Pier 1)

​The harbour of Malaga is a lively place full of activity and maritime beauty, with all the shops and most of the restaurants on Muelle 1. The Centre Pompedeau and the lighthouse are also located here, as well as 2 car parks, and the cruise terminal is located in the extension of Muelle 1.

Muelle 2 (Pier 2)

​Coming from the Plaza Marina (at the end of Calle Larios), the Muelle 2 starts directly, with cafes, a cruise ship terminal and a small park (palm garden) with parrots, and between Mulle 1 and Muelle 2 is the landing stage for boat tripsAt Christmas, you have a beautiful view of the drone show from Mulle 2

​Market​

​​The "Zoco Maravilla" market is held regularly at Muelle Uno in Málaga, offering high-quality products from the food, handicrafts, decoration and fashion sectors. This market offers an excellent opportunity to make special purchases in a unique setting right by the sea.  It takes place on the first three Sundays of each month. The opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00.

​Lighthouse"La Farola"

​A striking landmark of the harbour is the lighthouse "La Farola" de Málaga, which is located at the entrance to the harbour. It was built in 1817, is 38 metres high and has the function of guiding ships in the bay of MálagaSpecial feature: One of the few lighthouses in Spain with a female name ("La Farola")The lighthouse is a popular photo motif and is located at the end of the Muelle Uno, a modern promenade with restaurants, shops and bars. From there you have a great view of the sea and the harbour.
