It was located in the former tobacco factory "La Tabacalera", a historic building from the 20th century. Unfortunately, the Russian Museum Málaga was closed in 2022, as the city of Málaga ended its collaboration with the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg following the outbreak of war in Ukraine. However, the building is still used for temporary exhibitions.
